100.7 getting boring + 104.7 static

Geezzz they play the same songs over and over and over and over, time to do some adds now.
Now for other stuff,I've heard some odd buzzing on 104.7 and my car radio keeps stopping there what's up with that? Is that getting ready to come on the air?

Sorry radionut I'm getting nothing on 104.7 except VFX. Weak at that here @ the U but I did here on 104.9 a football game the other nite what staion was that?

I will disagree! 100.7 has been played in the office since we found it and it is adding more stuff all the time. It's out favorite and it makes work go faster.

All I can say is that it is one of the better formats here in the valley. Simmons made a great move, now for the Oasis we'll see about that one

I take it Dj's are to start very soon? I know they keep saying you are listening to day 29 to the new MoVin and I would say within the week Dj's will start popping up.

People I have talked to are LOVING 100.7! I get about 6 voicemails a day asking me to switch to it "Just to try it..."

The format is a change we have needed in this area for a long, long time! I am hoping Movin' sticks to a dance format and gets some great air talent that will love/respect their audience and will genuinely WANT to interact with them! That's what makes a radio station worth it! Wink

I just hope they hire air talent. Movin' seems like it could work like Jack- most/all of the songs are familiar to the audience, so it could almost have the "my 99-5" effect and be jockless because your audience knows the artist/title of songs (if they care) or at least they sound familiar.

Anyway, been listening online when I can, generally enjoy it and I agree- it makes working easier. Smile

A weekend mix show with Disco and old 80's freestyle music and then a couple hours mix of newer 90's music. I hope Simmons makes this the Party Station of Salt Lake and hopefully not just going to run a million watt blow torched IPOD with no character.

Great to see you! I started to think the same thing about Jack and MY99.5, because the DJ's that announce for Movin' are Brad and I'm sorry, I forgot the girl's name (Trish?) ... That's sounding like a jack-type format. Please Guys... Bring in Live talent. bounce

If you listen to MoVin 101.1 stream or the new MoVin 107.5 Portland they are on there also, I believe it's part of the MoVin package.
