Sorry to borrow over a topic from the other forum, but I am a big fan of NPR's "Morning Edition" also.
I really miss KCPW though!!! (note: I now live out of state) I also really miss when Jonathan Browne was the morning host, but can understand how Bryan would want to be home with his family in the evenings, too.
It's amazing how in-depth KCPW gets on local content. I'm curious to you Provo/Ogden people (assuming you tune in to 1010 AM or to the north, maybe 105.3 FM), does that steer you away? KUER and UPR both have a briefer, more state-wide friendly approach due to their translator networks. This seems to be the pattern in other western states as well (Boise State Radio, Oregon Public Broadcasting; as some examples).
