So they tried to claim they're legit, eh?
I'm guessing that's the same pirate that's been working Salt Lake with uncensored rap and hip-hop for a few years now and stepping all over KYFO. Maybe the BBN people don't care because Salt Lake is served better by the 92.1 translator anyway.
